How to Play
Your City Hall must be at least Lvl 7 to enter the Tempest Clash battlefield.
10 Governors will be divided into 2 opposing teams of 5 battle over the waves.
Matches and teams can be cross-server. You can invite other Governors from any Kingdom to join your team, or let the system find a team for you.
Each governor brings 1 particular warship type of their choosing. The choice cannot be changed after battle commences.
Each warship comes equipped with special skills to provide an edge in battle.
Buffs
“Tempest Clash” puts every governor on an equal footing on the battlefield. Any bonuses attached to governors will be inactive on this battlefield.
The Maps
Tap the zoom button on the mini-map to see the big map.
Tap a target on the big map to give orders to your warship. For example, tapping an allied warship’s icon will order your warship to rally to them. Tapping an empty space on the map will send a “Watch Out” message.
Tap and hold a target icon and signal your teammates to hold on, retreat, or reinforce. After sending a signal, you must wait a little while before sending another one.
Warship Skills
Every type of warship has a unique set of battle skills triggered under different conditions and a unique role to play on the battlefield. A well-built, tactical fleet is the key to victory!
Trireme
Its breakneck marching speed and sharp ram can reduce ships to smithereens. However, it suffers damage when ramming armored ships.
Skill Overview
Wavebreaker: Once it has been out of battle for 2 seconds, the Trireme enters High-Speed Mode, increasing its march speed by 15%.
Swift Strike: While in High-Speed Mode, the Trireme’s first attack upon entering battle deals ramming damage to the enemy (Damage Factor 500)
Smash: Increases skill damage dealt to Galleys by 85%.
Entangle: While in battle, the warships march speed is immediately reduced by 30%. If there are 1 or more enemy warships within a certain distance in front of the warship, the warship’s speed is decreased to 0.
Durability: 200,000
Trireme Skill
Triremes will enter High-Speed Mode after 2 seconds without any hostile engagements. The first strike launched by a Trireme in High-Speed Mode will deal additional clash damage to enemy ships!
Armored Ship
Its sturdy armor makes it extremely resistant to damage and strong enough to withstand ramming from triremes. However, watch out for ranged attacks!
Skill Overview
Iron Wall: Once it has been out of battle for 2 seconds, the Armored Ship enters Defense Mode. While in Defense Mode, the Armored Ship’s first attack upon entering battle deals bash damage to the target (Damage Factor 310). If the target is in High-Speed Mode, The Damage Factor is 3800.
Head-On Attack: Increases skill damage dealt to Triremes by 85%.
Heavy Hitter: Increases normal attack damage dealt to Supply Ships by 90%.
Entangle: While in battle, the warships march speed is immediately reduced by 30%. If there are 1 or more enemy warships within a certain distance in front of the warship, the warship’s speed is decreased to 0.
Durability: 200,000
Armored Ships Skill 1
Armored Ships will enter Defense Mode after 2 seconds without any hostile engagements. The first strike launched by an Armored Ship in Defense Mode will deal additional bash damage to enemy ships!
Armored Ships Skill 2
Armored Ships will enter Defense Mode after 2 seconds without any hostile engagements. The first strike by an Armored Ship in Defense Mode against a Trireme in High-Speed Mode will deal additional interception damage!
Galley
The ship’s hold is loaded with a large number of crossbows, which can inflict considerable ranged damage. However, the ship’s armor is weak so watch out for ramming attacks by Triremes!
Skill Overview
Barrage: Every 2 seconds, the Galley deals ranged damage to the nearest enemy troop within its firing range (Damage Factor 500), but cannot launch long-range attacks while fighting or marching.
Penetrating Strike: Increases skill damage dealt to Armored Ships by 15%.
Burn: Increases normal attack damage dealt to Supply Ships by 30%.
Entangle: While in battle, the warships march speed is immediately reduced by 30%. If there are 1 or more enemy warships within a certain distance in front of the warship, the warship’s speed is decreased to 0.
Durability: 200,000
Galley Skill
Galleys deal ranged damage to enemy warships within certain proximity when not engaged in close combat or marching.
The Maps
Supply Ship: Supply Ships carry great quantities of resources, but need protection due to being unable to sail or attack other ships Warships take increased damage when attacking Supply Ships.
Safe Zone: The Safe Zone is where warships are built. Enemies cannot enter your Safe Zone, nor can you attack other warships outside your Safe Zone from within.
Recovery Points: Order your warship to a Recovery Point to start restoring its durability.
