For a week, we will be enjoying the Spring Festival Events that offer wonderful and easy to obtain gifts. You only have to complete each of the missions to be well rewarded.
Below is our complete guide to each of the stages in the event, tips, and tricks to finish it with ease!
A New Year Approaches
The sound of firecrackers sends off a year gone past, while the gleam of lanterns welcomes the year to come. The Spring Festival is fast approaching, and you can feel it in the air!
We have prepared some fantastic Spring Festival events, a limited-edition theme, and other great rewards!

Event Rules
- The event will last for a total of 8 days, with 3 side events unlocked every day for the first 5 days. Governors can obtain colored Papers by completing side event quests during the first 7 days.
- On day 8, all related holiday events will be locked, but governors will be able to claim additional chest rewards earned therein. Rewards will vary with the number of quests completed.
- Colored Papers can be used in the “Lanterns of Togetherness” event
- Chest rewards will include Epic Commander Sculptures, but not special event items.
Day 1
- Daily Business: Log in every day to obtain the rewards of this stage.
- Field Collection: Collect resources on the map!
- Academic Elite: Increase our power through researching Tech in the Academy.
Day 2
- Step by Step: Consume Action Points. You will need to consume a total of 5000 Action Points before the end of the event. The best way to take advantage of this is by fighting barbarians or forts.
- City Defense: Defeating barbarians is the objective of these missions, a total of 300 barbarians must be defeated gradually to complete this important link of missions, taking advantage of the mission “Step by Step” where we must consume AP, overcoming barbarians will be part of that routine to effectively spend our Action Points without wasting a single one.
Read more: How to farm Barbarians effectively. - Ready to Attack: Increase troop Power to a total of 100,000 to complete all the missions of this tab. You may have to use some speedups, however, it is still important to save speedups for the next few days because they will be required in another series of missions and well, two birds with one stone.
Day 3
- Barbarian Invasion: Attack Barbarian Forts! We can say this is one of the best missions of this year, you must destroy a total of 30 barbarian forts through rallies to complete all the missions. Each of these missions will give us a
golden key as the main reward. Getting 30 forts and win 6 golden keys in total, excellent. - Alliance Action: Help Alliance members. Sounds easy but this is one of the most complex missions since you need to hep a total of 400 times and make 200 donations in total to the technologies of the Alliance. To get all of the rewards, you must be quite active, at least these days to complete these tasks.
- Tiles and Bricks: Increase Building Power. Like the previous tasks of increasing power, we must increase the points by upgrading buildings to a total of 100,000 power points to complete all missions. The trick is to improve some structures from the first day of the event so on the 4th or 5th day, you can accelerate with some speedups and take advantage of other missions to come.
Day 4
- Sprint for the Win: Use speedups. You need to use a total of 3000 minutes of any type of speedups. When this event arrives, it is important to use speeds up for the tasks in the previous missions such as increasing power through troops, researching, and building.
- Important Trade: You need to buy a total of 80 items from “Mysterious Merchant”. Let’s not waste gems on this task as long as it is not essential, let’s take advantage of the offers for resources. Every time you finish training troops in the barracks, the Myterious Merchant might be back immediately. Just buy what is necessary at the right time and we complete the task.
- Accumulate Strength: Train all types of units. As part of these missions, you need to train all types of units in 1500 and 3000. There are 4 missions for each unit (Infantry, Cavalry, Archer, Siege) to obtain excellent rewards. Also, it is ideal to take advantage of the use of our speedups and increase power through training to finish previous missions.
Day 5
- Protect the Holy Site: Collect runes and defeat guardians. Like the event “Holy Conqueror”, you have to collect a certain amount of runes in the “Holy Sites” and defeat some guardians to complete these achievements.
- Teamwork: Claim Alliance Gifts. The only way to complete these missions is by claiming alliance gifts. Make sure you are in a good alliance where they make daily purchases and have a lot of activities destroying barbarian forts or any other event that provides this type of gifts.
- Resource Output: Gathering resources in the city and map. We will only need to collect a certain amount of different resources in our city and map, something easy that we can complete in just a few hours and finish the missions!

Event Rules
- Use Colored Papers to increase your Flower Lantern’s Level. Once your Flower Lantern reaches certain levels, you will receive corresponding rewards.
- Use gems to unlock the Deluxe Lantern and a second column of rewards. Unlock the Supreme Lantern and a third column of great rewards through an in-app purchase.
- Each Colored Paper used on the Flower Lantern has a chance to multiply the experience received.
- Once your Flower Lantern reaches the maximum level, all remaining Colored Papers will be exchanged for an equivalent number of Lvl. 2 Resource Packs.
- Level rewards can only be claimed once by each Governor. Progress will not be reset during the event.
Tips
- One of the two best events to spend your Gems on! Just do it!
- Participate in the event to receive plentiful rewards. Once your basic Flower Lantern reaches the corresponding level, you will receive a special Golden Ox Lantern city decoration! Unlock your Deluxe Lantern and upgrade it to the corresponding level to receive a limited-edition Lucky Lanterns (Permanent)
- Once a Governor has claimed the Golden Ox Lantern, it will be permanently unlocked for their city, and can be built or demolished at any time. (Governors who have not received this item will be unable to view the corresponding structure in their building list.)
If you have a lot of time to play, send 4 marches for farming and 1 march for Barbarians!
Farm 120-130k resources each time, recall your troops and repeat.

Event Rules
- During the event, governors will have a chance to find
Spring Festival Boxes when collecting resources in the city, gathering on the map, or defeating barbarians. Rewards will be received by mail - Spring Festival Boxes contain a random amount of colored papers, and have a chance to contain a limited-edition city theme: Lucky Lanterns (3 Days)
3 ways to obtain “ Spring Festival Boxes”
Map Collection: You have a chance to get “ Spring Festival Boxes” while gathering resources on the map!
City Collection: You have a chance to get “ Spring Festival Boxes” while collecting resources in your city.
Defeating Barbarians: You have a chance to get “ Spring Festival Boxes” after defeating barbarians on the map.
Tips to Quickly Obtain “Spring Festival Boxes”
- Through “Map collection”, you must send your gathering troops to farm a maximum of 120K – 130K resources on the map. Using good commanders, you can finish it every 15 minutes at max and have the same probability of obtaining up to 3 “ Spring Festival Boxes” as if you the entire resource point. Each time they return home, send them back to the same or another mine for the same amount.
- You can teleport to Zone 1 where there are Level 1 – 2 resource points that have a very little amount of resource and your farming progress is way faster without having to select the number of troops needed or call them home every 15 minutes.
- If you collect resources in the city, we must do it every so often to guarantee “ Spring Festival Boxes”. The best is to collect every 20 – 30min.
- Use boosts and resources runes to increase the farming speed.
- Whenever you have free Action Points, using those defeating barbarians on the map is one of the fastest ways to get these gifts. You will also even add some extra points to the Spring Festival events.
Lucky Red Packet
Send the Lucky Red Packet to your friends so that they can open it and get random gifts, gems, keys, speedups and resource packs in various quantities.
This is indeed an incredible event! Do not miss the opportunity to thank each of your allies, reward them.
To send these congratulations, it is necessary to have a “Red Packet” that can be obtained via the “Lanterns of Togetherness” levels or in packages of purchases for real money during the anniversary event!
Strange Incidents
During the Strange Incidents event in Rise of Kingdoms, players need to search for the burning villages on the map, send scouts to help them by finishing different quests to get the rewards.
Due to tons of rewards you can get from this event, it’s definitely the best way for you to spend your Action Points!

Arms Training
During the Arms Training Event, players need to keep defeating the Armsmaster Lohar summoned nearby the city without returning home, and you can only use a single march.
To summon the boss Armsmaster Lohar, we must select a first skill from a given set.
Each time we defeat him, we will earn 10,000 more points. Every 3 times, we defeat him, he will become much stronger as we have to select another skill for him and so on.
